Property Manager

Property Empire is a boutique property management service located in Auckland. As part of a wider group in the finance & property sector, we understand the market and will look to support our clients with any of their property needs.

We’re looking for someone with property management experience and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. We want to ensure top-quality communication with landlords and tenants alike.

  • Skilled & effective communicator
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable and a problem solver
  • Experienced in property management
  • Knowledge of Palace/TPS software (preferred but not essential)
  • A fast learner
  • NZ Full Drivers Licence

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling property tours & answering questions about advertised properties.
  • Letting properties, processing bonds collected and conducting credit checks.
  • Contacting and responding to landlord and tenant’s enquiries.
  • Monitoring rental arrears, renewals and reviews.
  • Coordinating viewings and conducting routine property inspections.
  • Processing maintenance requests and arranging work orders.
